    This past Saturday marked 53 weeks (OVER ONE YEAR) since we signed a contract on February 13 with Luxury Bath for our 5-day bathroom remodel and it is still not completed. Due to COVID, manufacturing delays, and shipping delays, work did not even start until August 27. Since then, we have had multiple issues (wrong windows were ordered and no one noticed until they came to install them and my husband brought it to their attention; window screens were defective and our THIRD set have been ordered again; vanity was not what we ordered; sinks were not what we ordered; hardware for windows was not what we ordered; etc., etc., etc.). Measurements were off for shower glass when they came to install, so that had to be reordered and was another 4-week delay. We have had to micromanage EVERYTHING to make sure that we receive what we are paying for, that it is the quality we are paying for, and that it is installed correctly and operates correctly. For the money we are paying for our Luxury Bath, I would expect the company and management to be doing their quality control instead of us having to do it once the materials are in our home and ready to install. Our experience with Luxury Bath has been time-consuming, frustrating, and exhausting. No one from the company cares what the experience is like for the customer. We have sent several emails to the owner regarding our experience and he forwards them to someone else to take care of. Not once has he reached out to us to discuss all the issues we have had or to try to make things right. That speaks volumes to a customer. Lastly, I find it odd that they have only wonderful, 5-star reviews on their company website (most recently from two years ago). So, either no one has left a review for the past two years or they delete ones with anything negative to say as mine did. I find it extremely hard to believe that we are the only customers who are having all these issues. If so, you would think management would care a little more about making things right or at least acting as they care. I will not be using Luxury and Bath again and absolutely would not recommend them.

    Luxury Bath and Kitchens provided a quality tub and shower replacement at a great price. Ms. Kirsten provided excellent customer service, keeping us informed of any changes or updates to our project. The install team was professional and courteous. They maintained PPE during install and cleaned up when they finished. The install was completed in one day! The final product was better than expected. Totally pleased with the new Tub and Shower!

    Since I had my entire bathroom done, i.e., new ceiling, floor, paint, vanity, toilet and above toilet cabinet and tub/shower converted to walk in shower, Lillian was extremely helpful in eliminating the stress of bringing this all together. The shower is beautiful as is everything else. We will be doing my husband's bathroom next year and plan on using Luxury Bath & Kitchens at that time as well. I highly recommend them.

    fantastic process from start to finish (almost completed). The crew was amazing and did terrific work. the smoothest reno i have had. and the before and after is just unbelievable. will definitely be using them again.

    A beautiful result at a very good price. We have been so pleased with our new bathroom and it has most certainly improved the value of our home . Te demolition and remodel was done by an exceptionally thorough, experienced and proficient crew. I will hire them again if I ever have a project of this sort to do again.

    Their subcontractors did not know basic plumbing. Left job site with leaking pipes, and shoddy craftsmanship. Had to re-caulk within a month.
