"I added a 1000 sq st addition to my home in Cary NC. 500 sq ft garage and 500 sq ft Master, mud room ,master bath Rob and his son Ben were terrific, this was all during covid. He came in right at budget he quoted. Every sub contractor he allowed me to pay directly and chose a different sub contractor if needed. Very responsive, good work, and honored the covid guidelines. "We would definitely recommend patio enclosures. They built our sunroom / 3-seasons room this summer and it was a great experience througout the process. Everett was very responsive throughout the build process and also was the entire team. You get to see the 3D design & alter during the sales process itself and get the quote right away. There were transparent communication throughout and clean followthrough even when there were minor hiccups. We are happy with the final build."

"P&R added about 1700 square feet to our unfinished second story including an office, a second primary bedroom, media room, bathroom including a 5ft x 5ft shower, a dedicated HVAC room, two storage areas, built in bookcases, a wet bar and an attic. Also installed a second A/C and heater. Responsive service, clean, showed up when scheduled and excellent communication. Checked in frequently with us to check on status and our satisfaction. We had a one year follow up with minor changes needed that were addressed immediately. Very pleased and our project manager exceeded our expectations."
