"Without a doubt, Southwind Painting, Inc., was the best contractor I have ever worked with. Reliable, honest, punctual, hard-working, personable, and reasonable, are just a few words that come to mind. They also do quality work, and I am 100% satisfied with the work they did in my home and the project overall. I needed someone to paint my living room, stairwell, and 2nd floor landing. Also, the ceiling in the living room, the ceiling in the kitchen, dining, and short hallway needed to be redone after over 30 years of â abuseâ including some nasty water stains. I received multiple quotesâ ¦but Southwind Painting came in with a price I could live with. I am a senior living on a fixed income and Howie, of Southwind, worked with me, a complete novice to this type of thing, to make sure my project was reasonable, workable, all the bases were covered, and the scheduling was convenient. Howie, with his 40 years of experience, explained all the details about what I was to expect and there were no surprises with the job or the price. Howie took care of everything including the paint I had chosen. All I had to do was remove the breakables and items I could easily move. Howie and Todd moved everything else (and put everything back when they were done!). Howie and Todd arrived on time both days the project involved. Not 5 minutes late, or 15 minutes late, or within a 2-hour time frame. He said they would be here at 7:30 a.m. each day and they were here at 7:30 a.m. each day as promised. As soon as they arrived, they began working in earnest and didnâ t stop until the end of the day. Both gentlemen are professionals and excellent at their craft. They may have taken breaks, but I was not aware of them. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with much care. The walls and the ceilings look wonderful! They turned out better than I had hoped. And I do believe Howie and Todd enjoy what they do. Otherwise, how could a project go so well and with such wonderful results? I would highly recommend Southwind Painting, Inc. Better contractors, you will not find."

"Many painters are not eager to take on a small job. Ryan took a look at a dining room ceiling that had water stains from a plumbing leak. The ceiling needed repair and the molding required sanding and painting , due to water damage. Ryan was wonderful. He arrived on time, ready to work. He was polite and pleasant. He ran into an unusual situation, called and called me to point it out,, then went about fixing the issue, that must have been there since the house was built, 20 years ago. "I am so thankful I hired Henry at H&M Contractor for my bedroom and bathroom project. I live in a 1984 manufactured home so the walls are not drywall. They replaced the bedroom ceiling, painted my bedroom, and bathroom, installed crown moulding, baseboards, trim, and 3 nice two panel doors that they made work in my home and some other miscellaneous work. "Kelvin and his crew are amazing! Kelvin came out for the estimate, and I liked him so much that I hired him on the spot, which I never do! He and Miguel were out the next day to power wash my house and screened porch. My house and porch have never looked cleaner! The following day the painting crew arrived bright and early to get started with painting the ceiling and the exterior of the porch. The day after that, Miguel and crew were back to paint the trim, stain the interior of the porch and do some light repairs that were needed. "We have worked with Aaron primarily on roofing (multiple repairs over the years to fix random leaks with holes in shingles and flashing, and more recently complete re-roof on our home.) Aaron tried to help us with an insurance claim for the reroof (which was ultimately denied, but Aaron tried). For that reroof, Aaron notified us when a price increase on shingles was going to happen the week before we were scheduled to be done, and made sure we got the shingles ordered at the reduced rate before the increase took effect. Saved us several hundred dollars, if not more. He also recently fixed some siding that a prior contractor, who replaced and repainted most of our siding, missed and/or did not properly handle. During that time with the other contractor, Aaron went out of his way to help us make sure the other company was residing to code/recommendations, Also, if communication is key for you (as it is for me), Aaron is one of the most communicative people I have worked with."
