I can't really do this company justice by any comments that I could make. They did the best remodeling and new shower installation in our master bath than we ever imagined possible. Their price was within what we wanted to pay. Their punctuality was unbelievable. When they said they would be there at a certain time you could almost set your clock by their arrival. Their work quality was exceptional. They began the job as planned and completed the job the same way. At completion they cleaned up everything. My wife and I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Raleigh for your bathroom remodeling needs.

I had a tub to shower conversion by Five Star that looks amazing. The installers were friendly and took every effort asking how I would like things done. They even came back the next day to install additional grab bars as I had requested and place caulk a in a few more places. I had three different estimates by local companies. One estimate was lower in price but did not have the choices or quality like Five Star. The other estimate was quite a bit more expensive, they were quite annoying with trying to finalize the estimate, and it was essentially was the same product quality as Five Star.

We had Five Star Bath solutions update our bathroom shower and floor. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. During the initial consultation, there was no pressure for us to make a decision. Everyone who worked on the project was very nice, answered any questions we had and was careful to keep everything neat and clean. We needed a custom shower door made and Five Star Bath Solutions included it as part of the job. Another company said that we would have to find someone to create and install the shower door after they were done. We liked that the remodel came with a lifetime warranty so that when we move, the warranty passes to the next owner of the house. The remodel turned out great and we love our remodeled bathroom.

We were very happy with our new shower installation. Five Star Bath Solutions made the process easy from start to finish, and we love the results. Our shower is now accessible for a tilt shower chair and looks great, too. They also widened 2 interior doorways and installed barn doors, so that my husband can drive his powerchair into our bedroom and bathroom. Their crews did an excellent job, and were extremely neat during the process. We are very happy with the remodeling project. Thanks, Five Star!

Excellent workers reliable, dependable, clean, all work done professionally . Even when they ran into a problem with the hvac duct was installed wrong they got right on the job to get it fixed correctly in a timely manner. Thank you to the project mgr and the workers.

The first representative was knowledgeable of what could be offered & provided no pressure or incentives. He sold the project after 4 other companies were rejected. The pro completed the walk-in shower, in the log home, exceptionally well with minimal mess and minimal disruption of family life. We are very much pleased with the complete walk-in and it performs quite well for us.

The project manager, Bob, was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The office manager seemed a bit scattered but everyone else was very professional.. When our grab bar was inadvertently omitted, the ordered one and came to install it at our earliest convenience. They also replaced a transition piece that had not been cut properly. The finished shower is great.

Chris did an excellent job all by himself. Took a little bit longer but after all it was a big job for just one person. Looks excellent and honestly I can't wait to get into my new shower and enjoy it but the silicone has to dry first to ensure it's watertight. No doubt this will be my shower for many many years to come!
