"We had an emergency repair in our house we recently moved into, consisting of a toilet that had apparently never been caulked and had loosened from the floor to the point of leaking a little when it flushed. Tom Evans called shortly after I submitted the request, and he and his partner Jerry showed up within twenty minutes after that and were finished with the job in under an hour. They had everything it needed on their truck - a new wax ring, new plastic shims to replace the wooden ones that had been there previously, and a new caulk job. The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere. Based on this experience, I would use Tom's Plumbing and Heating again, and would highly recommend them to others."

"When I contacted the company I had already received a quote from another company with whom I had work done in the past. Mel came over and after looking at the job quoted me a much better price. Since I am also in the process of selling my home, I asked if he could do the job on the walkway rather quickly. Mel said he had a lot of work already booked, but seeing that we were going to be closing by the end of July, he would move things around. He was able to get started in less than three weeks after he came to do the estimate. Funny thing was when he first told me he would be able to do the job that quickly I didnâ t believe him. But Mel was true to his word. Now for the crew that he sent (Klodi, Jay, and Gilberto). As soon as they arrived they started right in and worked very quickly but efficiently. Not only that but they were very personable and talked with me the entire time. They finished the job in about two and a half hours and did a great job restoring the walkway. I really appreciated their efforts. Mel also called me twice to make sure things were progressing and told me that if I had any concerns to contact him and gave me his personal number.
