"This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC.
