"Chom was the first to respond; he came to the house early the following day; he thought it was a relatively minor problem and replaced a part. After further investigation he determined it was.the compressor. He called the company to find out if he could get a compressor for our very old air conditioner. They had one in stock. He picked it up the following morning and installed it. Couldn't have asked for.better service."
