"If you have any needs with garage door, these are your guys!! ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE!! I had an old (spring on each side) garage door system. Couple of days ago, spring on one side snapped and broke. I called and Josh came in on the same day. He replaced the springs but since it was not balancing and being old system, he spent more than 2 hours on getting it right. Unfortunately, it didn't work so he replaced the complete system with a new torsion spring. Needless to say, it works better than the old system and the door is smother and silent. Biggest of at all, he didn't charge me a single extra penny for the replacement and his extra labor. He just charged me the same amount as he quoted in the beginning which was already very reasonable. Josh was extremely professional, helpful and he did an extremely good job. The product that he used was also good quality. I would highly recommend this company!!"

"One of the springs broke on my garage door on Xmas Eve, both cars were in the garage. Innovative came out within 90 minutes of my call and installed a temporary fix which made it possible to use the door until the parts for the permanent fix arrived a few days later. price was very reasonable for the emergency service as was the final repair. "The experience was pleasant from the initial call until the job was complete. I received an immediate email confirmation for the service call. A short time later I received a text alert to say the service tech was enroute.. Rob C arrived promptly and immediately replaced the springs so that I could get the car out which allowed the woman of the house to leave for work. He was so informative and efficient that I elected replace my opener with a new quiet one which had been on my to do list for quite a while. The total repair consisted of 2 springs, 1 opener with wifi, 1 remote, 1 wall button and sensing eyes all of which came at an amazing price after Apex applied every discount that was available. Now they have a customer who'll not only be getting lube, tune and safety inspections but will also eagerly refer the service to friends, family and neighbors."
