They got my walk in Shower done in the time that they had said. They are very good to work with and cleaned everything up. We had a minor problem with the shelves and they came within reasonable time range to fix the shelves. I’m very pleased with them and the company, I would recommend them.

Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right.

Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead.

High pressure sales person which ended up with a mismatch of the rest of my bathroom. They refuse to make it right. . I would recommend that you go with a different company.
