Our Demo and installer was Gene from the Bath Authority group. Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. Extremely glad I went with Bath Authority. Highly recommend Bath Authority for any similar projects. As others have said, there was No mess or leftover materials after work was completed. Very professional and Well Done Gene.

The were kind and efficient. They let us know step by step what they are doing. My husband asking a lot of questions and they were very patient with him. When they came for the estimate they very knowledgeable and professional. She made us very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable on the product.Gene and josh were verygood and on time for the installation . I am very pleased with everything.l will fill comfortable about telling anyone about this business.

I can’t say enough about this company! They were very professional, timely neat and helpful!!! The designer answered all of my questions, explained the process throughly and set my mind at ease, the tub was ordered and was ready to install 4 weeks before promised. The day of the installation, Cody and Ethan arrived on time and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up everything and made sure everything thing was done as expected !

We had our shower replaced and extended for additional space. Cody and Ethan arrived on time, they were very professional, they identified a problem we were having with sugar ants and located how they were coming into the home. Offer to spray them and removed them, and actually cleaned up after themselves. These young men were awesome.
