Excellent service. Came when promised. Work was done professionally. He replaced 2 outdoor faucets with a shutoff for each in the basement. He texted me pictures of the work and showed me his work when he was done. Already hired him again to repair an outdoor sump pump discharge pipe. Will hire again. I highly recommend.

I had every homeowner's worst nightmare happen last week during the winter storm. I was out of town, while my partner was still home. In the middle of the night, I received multiple calls waking me up. Upon answering a FaceTime call, my partner showed me a busted pipe and my basement filled with inches of water. I made some calls to plumbers in the area, but Dion responded and was at my house first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem, communicate it clearly - sending a plethora of photos and videos, and recommend a clear solution. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. He even went above and beyond to diagnose some other potential plumbing issues in my basement to monitor. He then got me connected with a restoration company that was able to come out and give an estimate on repairs - all before lunch time.
