He was able to get it all done in one day and he worked hard and very efficiently and the final results of the pipes and toilet replacement — as well as the work on the sink and tub — were excellent. Very high quality work and Dave was a courteous pro. I really appreciate it. Dave and the Mr. Rooter team will definitely be my go-to plumber going forward."

"Floor Essence did a fantastic job for us. Our basement had recently flooded and after we had completed our waterproofing, we hired FE to redu our basement floor. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthly, and VERY resonable compared to other companies we had out to quote. They even went above and beyond to fix up some baseboards/drywall they needed to be replace. I would definitely hire them again should I need to replace fooring or carpet. We were extremely pleased!"

"There was not much to like about my tiny bathroom, from the stinky lowered ceiling to the stained linoleum flooring. The guys gutted the bathroom – took out the nasty ceiling, tile walls, tub, cheap plastic tub surround that leaked into the basement, MDF vanity, old toilet and built-in cabinet. They fixed the holes in the floor, reclaimed the window space that the previous owner had covered over, installed a skylight, and replaced some of the old plumbing in the basement. Then they put in a properly-sloped floor with lovely basketweave green marble and an infinity drain, tiled the walls with a similar green marble subway tile, refinished the top of the wall and the ceiling, installed a quiet fan, vanity and overhead lighting. They put in a dainty pedestal sink, low-flow toilet, shower and curtain rod, and rescued an original door found in the attic and installed it in place of the cheap hollow-core door."

And he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and added a shut off valve to the swimming pool water line. We have been extremely satisfied with his workmanship. And he explains everything that he is doing in detail so we could understood exactly what he was going to accomplish. Chris is professional and leaves area clean afterwords. He also respects your home while entering and leaving to get parts or equipment from his vehicle. We would highly recommend Chris to friends & family and to anyone in need of a plumber. Took it upon himself to take it back to the store I bought it from and get a new one. Had both toilets installed in a short amount of time and took the old ones with him to dispose of. "I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"
