"Last winter my arborvitae hedge was badly damaged by heavy snow. This week Cory from Set Apart Tree service carefully pruned and trimmed it. Within one hour I was pleased to see it beginning to look attractive again. Using pruners and loppers (no chainsaw) he removed heavily damaged branches and lightened drooping branches so they could stand straight again. The hedge is now airy and natural, still high enough to provide privacy, and healthy enough to regain the strength needed to withstand the snow next winter. I have a garden growing alongside the hedge, planted with many perennial and annual plants. Cory was able to work without damaging them! I would use Set Apart Tree Service again."

"My neighbor has a very large evergreen tree very close to the boundary. This past year lightening has struck it and twice it dropped very large limbs, damaging my fence. I met Travis of Kustom Trim Tree Service early this spring, when his crew came out to fix the damage. They pruned off the branches that hung over my property and then pruned two additional trees in my yard. I realized the guy I had been using only â trimmedâ the trees which meant he had to come out more often, costing me more money. Travisâ crew properly pruned the trees and I probably will never have to address that issue again. I had some plans for my yard. His crew came out again and removed two rather large and rather dead evergreen bushes from my front yard. Another guy came out and ground out the roots. The crew returned again to mulch my yard. I picked out the replacement bushes and Travis purchased them through his greenhouse connection. The crew came out one final time and planted them. When all was said and done, the final job went far beyond my expectations and vision for my yard. I am just amazed and really pleased and satisfied with the job. My yard really has that â professionalâ look now. His crew is very professional and very personable. I enjoyed chatting with them and learned from them. "Nick came well prepared for the project. To begin the project a section of chain link fence had to be moved aside to provide access to the backyard. He had sheets of plywood to lay down on the grass to help protect the lawn from damage from the Skid Steer. He first removed five pool anchors sunk into the yard using the Skid Steer and then removed a lot of river rock that remained around the pool edge. These materials were hauled away. Then 40 yards of topsoil was brought in from the street where it was dumped. Fortunately Nick planned on 5 extra yards, because all topsoil was needed. After the soil was meticulously graded, grass seed, fertilizer, and straw was put down over the former pool area. Cleanup was performed and all work was completed in one day. I have excellent pictures if I manage to attach them."
