"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I contacted Gomez Vision in mid-summer of 2022 for an addition project that included a walk-in closet and a full bath and soon realized that I had contacted just the right folks for my project and was very impressed with Jorge, the companys head, for his skills and depth of knowledge. Jorge gave me a written proposal outlining the work to be done in details and the time needed to finish each segment of the construction process. After signing the contract, Jorge applied for and obtained all the needed permits (construction, plumbing, electric) for the project and was available onsite for each and every inspection tour that the city mandated. Jorge and his team always showed up to work as promised, they were efficient and reliable and took all measures to leave the place as neat as it can be. At every juncture of the construction process, Jorge would take time to explain in detail the work that lays ahead and the materials to be used highlighting the cons and pros of each and the leaving it up to us to make the final choice. "Sam and his team did a great job in getting the entire air conditioning system in top shape for a 10,000 sq ft house. His work involved repairing one of our air conditioning condensers, replacing two condensers, and servicing the three other machines. He also replaced all of the 30 year old thermostats/temperature control systems. The house was blisteringly cold when I got back from work; in contrast, it was basically a sauna before I had left. Sam does a lot of the work himself when my mom saw them work. He seems to be very detail and quality oriented. "I'm not a review writing person, but I will make an exception here. First of all, the salesperson, Steve was awesome. He explained everything to the detail. It also helps that First choice offers two year no interest financing. The work crew came in on Monday morning, twenty minutes before they said they would. I have a big basement, it took them two days from start to finish. When they were done, one of the guys gave me a walk around explaining everything. Boy, my basement never looked so clean and good. They were very professional, quick and left the basement immaculate. Highly appreciated. And here's the thing, the very next Sunday thru Monday, we had a rain storm and my basement was dry as a bone. I could actually see the water as it was coming out of the pipe outside my house from the sump pump. It's been predicted that this Sunday - Monday we're gonna have a worse rainstorm than last week.
