They answered all of my questions and presented the logical choices of water heaters. They carry Rheem which is a quality brand. I had called other places to check brands and prices. Premier was $300 less than one of the companies AND available immediately. Others were not. The installation went fast. The crew was very professional and went above and beyond expectations. They needed to remove a board from the basement access door and put it back when the job was completed. My mother-in-law was very pleased with this company. We highly recommend them!"

"John called us 5 minutes after he received my message. He was at our house within 2 hours. We did not only have a clogged kitchen sink, we also needed the main sewer valve cleaned. He knew it would have to be done the next day. He arrived on time. He and his "side kick" worked well together. They are very courteous and honest. "I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
