*Professional *Punctual *Great Customer service *Skilled and knowledgable Where do I start. Hvac By Hayden, LLC was assigned to my home warranty claim for my furnace. A couple other companies came out to look at the issue and never did a full inspection. I was without heat during the coldest week of the winter. Then Duane Hayden called to set up time to come take a look. He was extremely professional and made time to come take a look the same day due to the circumstances. I thought that was really great of him! When he arrived he did a FULL inspection and gave me a few different options that could be the issue. With this being a home warranty claim we were going to have to exhaust all options before they would just approve a new furnace. He let them know his thoughts and was back within a day to try the first option that they suggested. Once finished, he tested it and realized that the issue was still not resolved. He stands by his work and does not like to lose. He took it upon himself to by another part out of pocket and came back again the next day to install that to see if the problem would be fixed. Unfortunately it was not and he re-submitted everything and was able to get the home warranty to approve a new furnace. It only took a couple of days for him to get the unit and come over to do the install. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was set up correctly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running as expected before he left for the day. Even after everything was done, he reached back to to ensure we were not having any issues at all since. I thought that was great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend Hvac by Hayden to do any HVAC work needed if you want the complete package!

I recently had Hvac By Hayden install a new furnace and AC unit. The owner, Duane & his technicians were very professional, arriving on time and laying down tarps to protect my floors. They were knowledgeable about the system and explained the installation process clearly. The whole experience was great, and I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Called around to get estimates for AC not working during 90 degree weather. Duane was the only one to get back to me in a timely fashion, He came to troubleshoot the issue found a leak right away and fixed it on the spot. Saved our lives, highly recommend!!
