Adam the office manager did the install instead of one of the normal installers. Most places would have changed the date. I couldn't believe he completed everything in 8 hours. It looks fantastic!!! Better than I imagined. I highly recommend Five Star for a tub shower conversion. The in home consultant Matt was also a pleasure to work with.

Do you need to update your old out of style bathtub? Are you looking for a tub/shower conversion? Look no further. 5 STAR BATH SOLUTIONS is who you want to do your remodel. We've had 4 other companies give us estimates and 5 STAR BATH SOLUTIONS worked with us to accommodate all that we need in a shower. We wanted a built in seat and they delivered, grab bars, shampoo and soap niche- it was taken care of. The work was done in one day. The installers were excellent. The work area was kept clean and all the debris was removed. The shower is absolutely more beautiful than we imagined. Thanks to 5 STAR BATH SOLUTIONS we can cross this off our project list. You should give them a call, I think you will be pleased with their professional and courteous manner in which they treat you and the vision you have for your bathroom remodel.

Everyone that we dealt with couldn?t have been nicer. We had a tub to shower conversion which was completed in one day. Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company.

Highly recommend! The installer did an amazing job and was very patient with all of my husband's questions. The rep was a very nice young man and explained the process in simple way that we both understood. We especially liked that they are a local company. The owner and rep even went to Belvidere...go Bucs!

The salesperson and installer that put in our shower was very knowledgeable and friendly im very happy with the new larger shower! I would recommend this company any day to anyone looking to improve thier home.
