"Woke up one Saturday went for run thinking today was goin to be a good day. I went downstairs to go get a quick workout. Instead of a gym i walked into a whole pool in my basement. This Was not how i wanted to wake up. I hit up a friend of mine who told me about a company he used a while back. Rooter Pro Xpress i spoke with someone named Marie she was very professional and told me they could get someone out the same day to get a quote. A guy named Damian came out and told me he would have to get the water out and he could get someone to come out and get the water out first. A man named Ron came and got the water out then damian was able to give me a quote and i said it was ok. He did the work and i got my gym back. I will hire again Good guy!!!"

"Claude was really great. The water main from the street burst from a tree root in the front yard, it was blue poly. Claude gave us a flat price way below the competition. He also found the main water shut off that not even the inspector could find. In doing so found another root that popped a pipe in the foundation of the home (slab). At this point I was freaking out, he managed to reroute the water into the home, cap the old crappy pipe, bore a hole, and run a new line. He also fixed everything at the connection with copper and didn't charge us for it. The second leak went way over what was expect and he stuck to his original quote anyway, which was very inexpensive. I got this guy on speed dial. Use this company, smart, works hard, and honest. He came out same day and did all this as well."

"Very thorough in examining plumbing system. Showed pictures of problem and gave several alternatives to correct. Robert fixed plumbing problem and installed 2 toilets same day. Robert cleaned up areas where old toilets were and removed all trash and fixtures. Robert was very professional pleasant and knowledgeable. Appreciated getting options with cost of each option and benefits of each. Provided information on water company rebates for new toilets. Will use A1 in the future."

"Very professional and thorough. I had 3 toilets replaced due to drainage problems and broken fixtures. The plumber they sent, Robby Walker was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. He showed me that all my lines were clear with the camera (very cool) and proceeded to solve my problems. He explained everything he was doing and cleaned up all the mess and removed the faulty toilets. I highly recommend this company!"
