"The toilet was rocking from a lot of heavy use. I thought I could pull it myself, replace the mounting frame, and be done. Not so simple because the flimsy plastic ring was broken in several places (installed a couple years ago and never used until recently) plus glued to the hub PVC. Plumb good professional listened patiently to above, reviewed pictures I texted, quoted a reasonable price, confirmed payment methods and appointment time/place; and came the next day promptly as promised. They safely backed in, had everything needed with them, made a clean work space and promptly got to work. It involved sawing the pVC and installing a sturdy frame mount using proper nails (the previous nails were basic long nails not flooring screws), neatly assembled everything back in place. Everything was left clean. Best of all the toilet has sustained continued heavy use and not budged at all. Price was a little less than quoted, they were ready with the payment system, friendly, professional, and most importantly got the job done in a methodical professional manner. Would definitely recommend."

"Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."

He showed me that all my lines were clear with the camera (very cool) and proceeded to solve my problems. "Claude was really great. The water main from the street burst from a tree root in the front yard, it was blue poly. Claude gave us a flat price way below the competition. He also found the main water shut off that not even the inspector could find. In doing so found another root that popped a pipe in the foundation of the home (slab). At this point I was freaking out, he managed to reroute the water into the home, cap the old crappy pipe, bore a hole, and run a new line. He also fixed everything at the connection with copper and didn't charge us for it. The second leak went way over what was expect and he stuck to his original quote anyway, which was very inexpensive. I got this guy on speed dial. Use this company, smart, works hard, and honest. He came out same day and did all this as well."
