"Woke up one Saturday went for run thinking today was goin to be a good day. I went downstairs to go get a quick workout. Instead of a gym i walked into a whole pool in my basement. This Was not how i wanted to wake up. I hit up a friend of mine who told me about a company he used a while back. Rooter Pro Xpress i spoke with someone named Marie she was very professional and told me they could get someone out the same day to get a quote. A guy named Damian came out and told me he would have to get the water out and he could get someone to come out and get the water out first. A man named Ron came and got the water out then damian was able to give me a quote and i said it was ok. He did the work and i got my gym back. I will hire again Good guy!!!"

Robert cleaned up areas where old toilets were and removed all trash and fixtures. Robert was very professional pleasant and knowledgeable. Someone from the company called me back almost immediately and walked through shutting off water/gas to the tank and getting the tank draining outside. "Claude was really great. The water main from the street burst from a tree root in the front yard, it was blue poly. Claude gave us a flat price way below the competition. He also found the main water shut off that not even the inspector could find. In doing so found another root that popped a pipe in the foundation of the home (slab). At this point I was freaking out, he managed to reroute the water into the home, cap the old crappy pipe, bore a hole, and run a new line. He also fixed everything at the connection with copper and didn't charge us for it. The second leak went way over what was expect and he stuck to his original quote anyway, which was very inexpensive. I got this guy on speed dial. Use this company, smart, works hard, and honest. He came out same day and did all this as well."

"Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."
