"I hired Legendary after getting 4 estimates for a list of items I needed done. Allen came in and offered a plan, not just an estimate. I really appreciated Allen taking the time to explain not only what he would do but why. He listened to my wants and concerns, offered his professional opinions, and we ultimately came up with not only what I wanted but what we needed. For example: We had problem with a muddy side yard whenever it rained. We wanted a stone walkway. Allen explained just putting the walkway there would not solve the problem and a french drain was needed. He was able to tie it in with the existing drainage we have. My wife wanted new foundation plants/shrubs. Allen made suggestions. At the same time my wife and I looked at some of the recently built homes around and really liked some of the plants used. We got with Allen shared a list of what we liked and he came up with a plan without adding to the cost. In the end, we ended up asking Allen to do more items on the list because we were very impressed with the quality of work and the estimates he gave us. We intend to continue to hire the company for the remaining items on the list. We are truly satisfied with everything Allen and his team have done."

"Joe and Chuck and the entire crew, two thumbs up. I had a wall, stairs and the side of the mountain to be finished out with over 4 tons of River Rock mortared in. The stairs and walk way had 1 1/2 tons of flagstone to be cut and mortared in as well. They had a couple of challenges with the weather and still completed this massive job in 5 days. Talk about a fun crew of men that they have working for them. I have already recommended one of my neighbors about Autumn Sky Landscaping. Communications was great and he came up with a landscape design that corrected a lot of poor landscaping in the past and dramatically improved drainage, safety and curb appeal of the house. His crew managed to do all the work in a single day. They knocked down old hardscape, regraded, added a boulder retaining wall and huge stepping stones to create an inviting walkway to the front door. New perimeter plantings and anchor trees really frame the house and increased its value far above the cost of the project."

"I recently replaced my concrete driveway; I got bids from multiple vendors, carefully checked reviews and picked North Georgia Concrete. They did not disappoint. They did an excellent job. The owner was patient through the last few months while we were having constant rain. He did not rush the job just to finish and get paid. His team showed up on time. He offers a good warranty. His prices were reasonable. A sprinkler system PVC water line that I was unaware of turned up under the old concrete. They hit it with a scooper which created a leak at one point near the edge. That is not unreasonable. I'm sure this happens all the time. What's different about this vendor is how they immediately took responsibility and efficiently fixed the problem. Their team replaced the sprinkler system PVC line across the entire driveway in an abundance of caution as a cement truck had to run across it to pour concrete at the top of the driveway and very likely damaged the PVC line further. They also, on their on initiative, placed a 3" PVC pipe under the driveway in case a service line had to be laid under the driveway in the future. They sculpted the edges to facilitate rain water to flow down the driveway, so as not to saturate the ground to the side. It is quite impressive. Their effort far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more delighted. I've already had 2 neighbors tell me they admired the work. The mailman also admired it and asked who did the work."
