Work was done efficiently and courteously. Scott a fine technician. Only noted that the faucets were put in backward (after he left) - hooked up correctly but the "blue" nozzle on the hot water and the "red" nozzle on the cold water.

We feel so fortunate that the initial estimate for the repair costs was free and even more fortunate to have Jack Garland as our Plumber. He knew where to obtain the parts needed to rebuild our leaking shower/bathtub faucet valve saving money and gaining a satisfied customer. A different company had previously advised us it was not even possible to work on our faucet without a special "metric tool " which they were searching online for but promised us they would stay in touch. We never heard back from them after paying their $49 fee for the estimate. Great service from an amazing professional plumber! I highly recommend PlumbPros .

Amazing service! They came out and gave me several options and next steps and then the next day we started with plan A for repairs and were ready with a plan B of plan A didn’t work to include demo etc. luckily Plan A worked and saved me thousands of dollars! Highly recommend

All three of our toilets needed a repair and we finally decided it was okay / safe to find a plumber. We searched Angi’s and chose Plumb Pros from the recommendations. They sent plumber London J. He was knowledgable, professional, and most of all his customer service was excellent! He made us feel so comfortable having him in our home. I hope they allow us to request him specifically when we need help again. Thank you London!!

Good service

Company was hired to install two faucets and new shower head and faucet in shower. Plumber who came out gave me an estimate for job, which was lower than another companies previous estimate. The other company said they would have to cut into the wall Plumb Pros plumber said it would not be necessary, even though I pointed out what the other company had said. I then okayed the work he started the work did the two faucets and started the shower. He then came to me and said he would have to go through the wall and the cost would be an additional $1400 on top of the original quote. This would have made the cost $900 more than the quote from the previous company. I told him not to do the shower and then called the original company which came and did the shower. Paying both companies cost me $250 more than the total bid from the first company. What work Plumb Pro did for installing the other two faucets was fine. I felt the Plumb Pro plumber should have known what was required to do the work on the bid they gave originally, especially after me telling what the other plumber had said. There work was fine but I do not think I will be calling them again.

They were quick and responsive to my inquiry, showed up on time when they said they would, and completed the work quickly. My technician, Cole, was awesome. He made sure I understood everything that needed to be done, everything he was going to do, and what I needed to do after he left. He even showed me how to turn off my water at the street level, which I had no idea how to do! Overall a great experience with PlumbPros.
