While attempting to install a bidet attachment to my half-bath toilet, I found that the shut-off valve to the toilet was malfunctioning. I called T & G yesterday to make an appointment and we scheduled it for today. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and completed the work quickly, including installing the bidet attachment at my request. Matt Smith was a pleasure. He was professional, friendly, complied with the current COVID-19 rules, explained the work that he did, and left my bathroom as clean and dry as it was when he arrived. "After having Ohio Basement Authority waterproof our basement, we proceeded to hire Dan, the electrician they use on their jobs. We needed an updated service panel. Recommended by Jordan, who has remained a constant and reliable resource of information and suggestions to me, as I took on the job of getting my parents home up to date for selling. Dan was very polite and professional! I was immediately at ease after greeting him the first day he came to the house. Once he put his music on and I heard the Eagles playing, I knew he was the man for the job. (My dad is a big Eagles fan!) Dan was informative as to exactly what he needed to do and explained to me the process. Being the holidays, and the City being closed, not being able to come out for inspection, the job took a couple days longer. "Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
