We received three quotes for our patio lift. Two companies told us the patio was beyond repair. The Basement Doctor salesman strongly disagreed and was extremely confident their proprietary process/technology would fix the problem. Unfortunately, the work resulted in two new large cracks, and the patio still could not be lifted to level ground due to the risk of additional cracking. While the technician was polite and apologetic, the outcome was nowhere near the expectation or the description provided by the salesman. Sharing this as a caution for anyone considering similar work.

While our team always aims to achieve the best possible lift, not every slab can be raised perfectly, and we have to stop if further lifting risks additional cracking. The customer service we received was non existent. We had problems with our electrical hookup due to miss communication between salesman and our electrician. The salesman, Albert said he would help make it right and we never heard from him again. This cost me another 734 dollars.

Our experience with the basement doctor was great from start to finish. Everyone we’ve dealt with through the entire process was so kind and informative through every step. They gave us peace of mind through a very stressful situation. Nate, Hugo and Craig, who installed our piers did an awesome job. They walked us through everything they did, everything we would need to do for the weeks to come after the project and even taking time to look at some areas that weren't directly related to what they were fixing. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate everyone from the office to guys on the project . They truly exceeded our expectations and I will definitely go to the basement doctor again with any future needs!

Your 3-man crew was very efficient and hard-working yesterday ( Tre, Angel, & Eric). My husband was out of town; when he got home, he did not see any Cleanspace vent covers. After contacting Chris Henderson, he explained that the vent covers had been installed inside the crawlspace. We are grateful that you moved us ahead in your work schedule also.
