Mind you they already quoted me a price and made sure I stood in my budget. I know I am a very strong personality. And he took the time to calm down and that means a lot. The day that he came out was extremely frustrated from not having a kitchen sink for 2 weeks. The gentleman got right to work and within the hour fixed everything, clean everything up, and end telling me about maintenance to keep up with on my own.
