Write a ReviewThey did a fantastic job! Chip was very involved and stayed on top of everything. The installers were very professional and conscientious. Josie was further very personable. Hard-working fellows. I would be happy to recommend them.
We had Footprints Floors come out to put in a back splash behind our bathtub in our master bathroom, and they did an excellent job. Communication between Chip and his team throughout the process was seamless and consistent. Definitely recommend this company to anyone doing a bathroom remodel.
It was a pleasure to work with you on this project! The tile tub surround really makes your bathroom "pop"! Thank You!
They replaced a small bathroom floor. They worked with me to use my tiles and repaired the floor underneath and finished in one day.
Thank You Sally! So happy we were able to repair your bathroom tile floor in a single day! Thank you for trusting Footprints Floors for your project!
the project was completed on time. They showed up on time and cleaned up every night. The finished job was exactly what we expected. My wife and I were very pleased with the work. We would definitely recommend them.
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you on your beautiful bathroom tile project. It was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to working with you again in the future!
Excellent service provided by the father/son owned franchise! They were kind, knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly! We plan on utilizing their services in the future to replace upstairs caroet/flooring. Highly recommend this company!
Genuine thanks for trusting Footprints Floors to complete your LVP installation. We look forward to working with you again in the future!.
They are the nicest folks. The owner even stopped by to inspect to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. You just donâ t get that kind of follow up these days. We originally hired them to install porcelain tile in our bathroom. However, they ended up repairing and replacing a bad floor install that we previously paid someone else for. They did so well that we got them to install the flooring in another bathroom that same day. In addition, they helped us with a small paint job for a nominal fee. We felt the overall price was fair and they did an excellent job. They are on my list for the next home improvement idea we have in the future.
So happy we could help with your bathrooms Trisha and to earn your trust for future projects.
Footprints did an excellent job repairing and restoring our bathroom. It turned out beautifully and they restored my faith in contractors again!

Very detailed!
Thank you for your comments! We were delighted to help with your refinishing project to get your home sold.
Be sure to obtain proof of insurance from Chip before beginning any project. We hired him back in April to refinish our hardwood floors and change our stair treads from carpeted ones to wood. Unfortunately, this left us with damaged floors, stairs and railing system. Chips resolution was to refund our deposit without concern for the thousands of dollars in additional damage caused by his contractors when they failed to perform their work to industry standards. Our stairs were in good condition, we had just had always wanted the treads to be wood. The staircase was prefabricated, which is not uncommon for new residential construction. Prefabricated stairs are very strong and are constructed in a factory and installed in one piece. However, they are not meant to be taken apart. If you do so, you need to shore up the stringers for structural integrity when putting them back together. Come to find out, the right and left stringers were literally nailed to the risers and a couple of small shims were placed under the treads in the middle in order to try and stop them from sinking in as you stepped on them. This is very dangerous, and we were never notified of anything until the work was completed and it was too late to do anything about it. When we asked questions about what was done, we were informed that the subcontractor that he hired refused to speak to him and he did not know. The structural integrity of our staircase was destroyed and immediately started creaking and having issues enough to force us to have to have the entire staircase rebuilt. Our floors were originally in good shape but we wanted to have a new urethane coat applied to protect it after many years. After the work was done, their sanding left our floors uneven and they looked like a wave pool with ripples throughout. In addition, the urethane coating on the floor had lines all through it and was full of thousands of bubbles. They did try unsuccessfully to refinish the floors, however the end response was that they did not know how to fix the damage and could not do anything about it. Chip also agreed to â do us a favor and place shoes on the bottom of the stair spindles. To install the shoes, they literally â sawed through all of the â structural bolts that connected the newel posts to the rails. This caused significant cosmetic damaged as well as ruined the structural integrity of the railing system. When they re-attached the newell posts to the rails, they did so with finishing nails in lieu of replacing the bolts. We discovered this when my husband leaned against our balcony railing and the finishing nails started to back out and the rail shifted away from the newel post. Thank goodness no one was hurt. Thanks to the damage and loss of structural integrity, this was not repairable and we have literally had to replace our entire railing system and have it re-finished. We have spent a significant amount of time researching in order to find contractors willing to repair the damage and now four months later we finally have our home back. This has been a nightmare for us, and I hope that you do not have to go through this like we did.
We're sorry to hear that you didn't have a completely positive experience with us. We always strive to provide the best possible customer satisfaction, and it's disheartening to hear that your expectations were not met. While we had high hopes for this project, it presented some challenges including initial tension between the homeowner and the dumpster delivery driver. These were followed by conflicts with our experienced subcontractor, which led to his early departure. Despite our efforts to bring in a new, qualified subcontractor, similar issues persisted, making it difficult to move forward. Throughout the process, we took extra steps to address your concerns, including purchasing special equipment to accommodate your needs and refunding the deposit when it was requested to break the contract. WeÂ’ve invested considerable time and resources to resolve this matter professionally. We always aim to treat our customers with respect, maintain transparency, and set clear expectations. While we wish we could have found a resolution together and amicably, we respect the decision and wish you all the best moving forward.
