David and helper Josiah (training and soon to be expert!) were very professional and friendly. They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. I highly recommend Palm Springs Plumbing for any job you need done! Oh and the lady in the office was so very nice, as well. Can't forget that, though I am sorry, I forgot her name.

I received a high water bill after an extended period away from home and called Palm Springs Plumbing and Septic to assess my water system for leaks. David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. I’m glad to have a reliable and responsive plumber that I can count on when needed.
