"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

They fixed a water main leak, changed shower fixtures, changed our pressure regulator, and installed a water heater along with a salt water softener system and new hose bibs to utilize the soft water via hose outside in addition to the benefits inside the house. From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. There was no feeling of a high-pressure sales effort and I knew I was dealing (finally!) with a water heater company that was principled and operated from a base of honesty and integrity. I was not to be disappointed; they were all that, and more. As soon as I finished the call and made the appointment, I received a text message and email detailing all the pertinent information regarding the appointment and continued to receive updates keeping me informed of the scheduled appointment (which occurred exactly within the 2 hour window scheduled.) The technician, Ganzo, was, like Anthony, very polite, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very efficient, very service and customer-oriented, and very competent. The entire experience was first-class. In addition, the costs were perfectly fair and quite reasonable. It was apparent that The Water Heater company was interested in having a long-term relationship with us and not just interested in a quick and profitable sale. They left me with a sticker to attach to my water heater with their telephone number which I will use if I ever need service again. "Just WOW!!! Amazing experience with both Andrew and Shea. Talked to a few companies about what I needed and and Andrew was great on the phone call that morning walking me through some questions I had about costs, timeframe, etc. When he got to my house we went through the two projects I had originally asked about and one that I didn't think I be able to fix yet. Sufficed to say when the dust settled, not only did we do the two original projects but we added the third and biggest project and their total cost was lower then the other two places I had contacted even with the additional project. Both guys were not only extremely professional with their attention to detail in their work but also nice and comfortable with conversations so I felt like they just good guys. Finally, the whole process from conversations to getting the materials to finishing the work was done all the same day. Bottom line is that I can't say enough about these guys and their work ethic. It was very clear he was working to prevent future issues (leaks) and brought the connections to the industry standard so I no longer needed connectors from 1/2 to 3/8 for the water lines. The job was much more difficult than I thought which made the agreed price even more reasonable. A skilled man, a fair price, and a great job (I don't have a web of water lines under my sink and the shut off valves are much more efficient)."
