The experience I had with Complete Plumbing & Rooter was to tell them I got a plumber to do the job, but after talking to Paul, he was very professional and explained what set their company apart when it comes to Water Heaters Installations. They set me two men to do the job, and it was done in 1-1/2 Hour. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to replace my water heater fast. I contact Complete Plumbing and rooter and Paul responded the same day and gave me descriptive estimate in a text. Also in my email. That has never happened to me before. I was impressed. The following day he sent Arturo and I hired them on the spot. He was honest and communicated clearly what he was going to do. Also, the estimate Paul gave initially was the same final cost. I would honestly refer this business.

Paul was great and understanding. He provided me with a competitive quote with some plumbing issue I have at home. I told him that I am waiting for a few more quotes and he was very understanding. He actually followed up with me in the afternoon and he had the best price. Job was done the next day as promised and professionally done.
