"Found a water pipe outside that was leaking. Gustavo responded immediately after I submitted my query on Angi. It was 6pm, but he agreed to come out right away to assess the problem. His professional demeanor and expertise were evident from the beginning, putting me at ease in the face of fixing a potentially extensive and costly issue. The job took 2 days to complete and Gustavo worked tirelessly, having to dig a sizable trench in Claremont soil which unearthed a ridiculous amount of large rocks. At each step, I was informed what was happening and Gustavo's focus was making sure I knew exactly what was going on at each step. His attention to detail was remarkable, and when the job was complete, he left the work area immaculate, which included decoratively returning the rocks that had been dug up back to the same planters, making the area look better than when he arrived. I felt he was honest and reasonable. I unreservedly and highly recommend Gustavo/Privado Landscape."

"Their customer service was great. They were able to start my project within a week of us getting our HOA approval and completed the work in less than day. The workers showed up on time and their foreman Damion took care to ask us questions regarding how we use our backyard, so they could lay the turf in the proper direction so it looked the best as we entered our backyard. They salesman, Angel and the owner, Chase; both came to the job to check on the workers and the work; and to see if we had any questions. They were able to lay the turf in such a way that there is only one seam; which is invisible. They were able to get such a good yield from the material that we have enough left over for a couple of other projects we are doing in our backyard."

His crew is curteous and worked very efficiently. We received 8 other bids on our project and Back to Eden was the lowest---absolutely a great job. They provided front and back yard(s) demo, irrigation system evaluation, correction and additions, concrete work and vinyl gates as well as new sod and plants. The grass came in beautifully! His proposal and project contract was also very professional! Wouldn't use anybody else for future projects!"

"The owner came to our home and took a look around and made some suggestions for our backyard. He was very thorough. We asked him for large plants to go along a brick wall that would provide privacy. He did an amazing job finding the right size of ficus bushes and choosing a lovely ground cover with white flowers. He also planted flowers I bought from Home Depot, and I thought that was very nice. The price was reasonable as well. Friendly and easy to work with."
