He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. He also cleaned up after completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and courteous manner of Authority Plumbing. Would definitely recommend."

"I was so thankful to have hired this company to fix our AC. Our AC capacitor broke down in the worst time -- during the heat wave! It was 5pm on a Sunday night and Monday was Labor Day. I had no hopes and others were charging to come even take a look. I spoke with Henry who offered to come from 9pm to 10pm since their team was swamped with other clients. Henry himself came at 8:30pm and explained thoroughly his process and asked questions about the maintenance. It was very educational and I learned a lot from his repair service and how to upkeep my AC. It was fixed and working well!
