Very professional, very kind and polite, anticipated potential questions. answered my questions thoroughly, and double-checked the work, He made sure everything was clean during and throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I really liked the installer, Nate, who tackled a tough installation and handled it perfectly. After installing a complex new flue / exhaust duct -- he even fixed the wrong exhaust pipe, at no extra charge and no complaint, that roofers had put on last year when I had a new roof put on. Nate did great work, everything was tidy and professional. It was not cheap, but having a careful worker who cares like Nate makes it worthwhile.

Marc, the service technician from The Water Heater Co., was great. Explained everything very well, was professional, on time, cleaned up everything and accomplished all that was needed. Good experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

This Company doesn?t care about its customers. On a Thursday my tankless water heater was leaking and I called this company to fix it. The next day the technician said to replace some major parts totaling $1900. (I later discovered a new heater would be $2000) They would have the parts shipped to my house then I could call and get another appointment to have them installed adding DAYS to our dilemma. I went and got the parts myself and called for an appointment. Luckily, they were able to come Saturday. After replacing the parts he discovered another leak and couldn?t get the part until Monday. 5 days without hot water but they didn?t seem to care. But he wanted to be PAID IN FULL! I argued that you didn?t fix the heater yet and he said it was company policy. He called Scotty, a supervisor, and I told him that I would pay when it was fixed. Scotty insisted on being paid in full because they did what they were hired to do - I said You were HIRED to fix it, do I have hot water? No.

Very good experience. They know their stuff, respond quickly, and don't gouge you like some other companies do. Highly recommend.

The Water Heater Company tech, Mark W, was awesome. Mark took the time to explain the services he was going to perform and answered all my questioned. Job well done.

After finally deciding to have work done on my water heater, I had the pleasure of working with Marc and Cordie and they were AWESOME!!! The included me with every step. At the end of a long day, they cleaned up everything and even helped me move a few other items. I truly appreciate The Water Heater Company and their representatives. As the process was nearing the end Marc discovered something that also brought a smile to my face and that was an additional discount. The value of this project hit my pocket at a not so good time, but is there ever a good time for home repairs, NOPE.
