Shane and Giovanni came promptly to service our needs for two of our properties. Fixed and replaced the sink and reattached the spout to our tub faucet.

We returned home from vacation with a clogged up kitchen sink on a Friday. Called RT Olsom plumbing Saturday at 8:30 am and was scheduled for 1:00 pm the same day. Shane arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Explained what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem. Shane completed the repair within an hour. We will definitely be calling RT Olson plumbing if we need any of their services for our home. Their price was very reasonable. Also we prefer to use local companies that are family operated because they tend to give better service. We wholeheartedly recommend RT Olsom Plumbing to fix the problems you may have in your home.

If I can give this plumbing company zero stars I would. I had a slab leak, and this company came out for leak detection. I was told that I have two leaks and they cut two lines. They were charging almost 65000 for rerouting two lines. My insurance company also brought their own plumbers and did their leak detection and they found only one leak. The adjuster called RT Olson a fraud company and he almost declined my claim. The insurance refused to fix the two cut lines. They only covered one line and I had to pay for the other line out of pocket. I asked RT Olson to fix the other line that he cut and was not leaking but he refuse to take responsibility. Then he send me an invoice for the leak detection and threatens me to take it to collection and add extra fees. This company is a fraud.
