They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. Shane, from Paramount, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for.
