"We decided on a Friday before my husbandâs birthday party that we needed to spray for mosquitos & spiders. Bulwark offered to have a tech come out Saturday morning at the time we needed. Very nice clean tech arrived on time and & explained what he was planning to do. Also answered some extra questions I had and then got right to work. Got everything handled in a timely fashion. Highly recommend."

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"We had a roofing company come and patch the hole. The gentleman came though and crawled in the attic and looked to see if the squirrel was there and he saw no evidence. He was very helpful and didnâ t charge us. He also recommended someone to help with our groundhog problem. I will call him again if I ever need him."

"I called the contact number after regular hours and the owner (Jack) still answered. He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation. He could easily have told me there was a hole someplace I could not see from the ground, but instead he opted for being ethical and let me know I was in the clear. I will definitely use this company from now on!"

"They were on-time and have been tireless in their follow-up. Jay and Stephen found squirrels and rats in our attic and finished basement in our large 40 year old home. The first step was to seal all access points - numerous. Second was setting over 20 traps using a non-toxic bait. We did not want any poison because of household pets. The last step is pest removal. The have been back 3 times over 10 days - each time taking many dead rodents with them. It looks like they are about done. Craftsmanship and service have exceeded our expectations."
