I hired him to replace a hot water heater, but he ended up finishing other plumbing projects that my renovation contractor failed out. Justin also came to assist and was great. True to his word, Austin scheduled his technician, Justin, to arrive between 12 and 2 p.m. Not only did Justin call ahead to confirm his arrival at 12:15 p.m., but he also displayed the same level of confidence and professionalism as Austin. Grey Plumbing installed a Tankless Water heater for me in January 2023. I felt comfortable working with owner, Austin because his presentation was very straightforward. No hard-sell and out-of-this world promises. He arrived on time and performed the work as promised. Seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I'm a very leery person because of past negative experiences working with contractors but my experience with Grey Plumbing was a positive one. Based on my experience, I would consult Grey Plumbing again for my next plumbing job.

Of course my water heater goes out on Sunday! They walked me through the process of turning off the hot water to slow/stop the leak. Came on time the next day and not only installed the new heater but insulated some pipes . Great service!!!
