"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

We had a different plumber do work under our kitchen sinks earlier in the morning, and they left us with standing water, citing a need for a larger snake. Rema had all the tools he needed to unclog our drains, install a better trap, and he took the time to walk me through our plumbing in the basement to explain WHY our clog was happening. I'm confident in his experience, expertise and execution, and would recommend him to anyone."

"Kap arrived at my home promptly at 11:30 am scheduled. He called me within moments after I submitted by online request through Home Advisor. I needed a plumber to unclog my kitchen and utility sinks. Kap identified other plumbing issues I was having while he was here to unclog the sinks. He ended up replacing several leaky pipes, some of which required him to cut out some drywall. He did not leave my home until 7:15 pm. He worked all day without taking a break. He cleaned up after he was done, and I found his prices to be very reasonable. I plan to have him back to look at some other plumbing issues I am having. He also gave me the name of a company to replace the drywall he had to remove and to get rid of mold from the leaky pipes in my basement ceiling. Kap explained everything he needed to do to my son and grandson, and they both felt he knew what he was doing. He was also courteous and professional."

"The service provided was excellent. For both appointments (initial assessment/quote and installation) Patrick arrived on schedule. He was very professional, communicated very well the issues and the resolution. When he arrived for the installation he recommended that he enter through the basement to ensure that no dirt or mud was tracked through the house (it had been raining for several days). Plus he said the old pump would be pretty dirty. During the installation he explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned out debris from the well, that apparently was left behind by construction workers 10 years ago. He tested the new sump pump to ensure it was working properly and to flush out stagnant water. He made adjustments to minimize vibrations then cleaned-up the area better than the way it was before he arrived (the lid was very dirty). He ensured that I had a copy of the manual. Before leaving our basement, he even pointed out another potential issue unrelated to the sump pump that should be looked into, but did not suggest that he fix the problem, he was just making sure I was aware of the issue. He packed up his tools, and went to his truck to complete the invoice. He returned to the front door, placed booties over his shoes before entering and walked me through the invoice, which was exactly for the price we had agreed upon. From beginning to end it took approximately 1.5 hours. Which he had estimated between 1.5 to 2 hours. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the Drain pro Services and the work and service Patrick provided. I would definitely recommend Drain Pro Services."

"Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on.
