"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He offered the most economical choice for repairing the roof. We ended up doing the entire roof. Thank goodness as it ends up my chimney was falling apart! There could have been carbon monoxide poisoning. I am so thankful for their expertise in evaluating a problem and fixing it!! "Super job got my furnace up and running fast. The best part though was that Sheldon the tech told me that my furnace was in good shape for a 16 year old unit, while 2 other companies (who were also recommended by Home Advisers) told me that I had to replace my furnace; one of which said I will not make any repair because there was far too many problems and the unit was too old. Too many scammers in this field Will be using and recommending to all my friends Dimatic Control LLC!!!"
