Priority One was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions as a 1st time homeowner about replacing a horribly rusty chimney chase cover. New stainless steel chase cover was ready and they came on a Saturday morning to replace it. Good quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service. Priority One even addressed and requests during installation (they added wood board to secure new cover that was too big from measurements of old makeshift cover, refreshed existing chimney cap with rust-proof silver paint, removed rust from existing chimney flue) without complaining or additional charge. "The company sent a person to our home and provided a well detailed plan for repair of the sidewalk. He gave us several options. We elected to have two of the four options completed immediately. The work performed was; reset loose bricks, replace stone step near back door and clean and seal patio and entire walkway. The young man who performed the work evidently had been trained well as the work was very good. He was careful not to damage the landscaping and cleaned up after completing the work. "Select Masonry, headed up by Gary and his brother, is truly a 5 star company. We recently had our entire roof replaced (4300 sq ft, 2 stories), along with installation of new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, and crown repair and flashing around 2 chimneys. All the work was done professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price. The crew did a beautiful job, showed up on time each day, and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. They also cleaned the area thoroughly after work was complete and even had a rolling magnet machine to pick up all the old roofing nails from our lawn and driveway. Before doing the work, Gary had a camera hooked up to a drone, which he flew over all areas of our roof and gutters in order to show us where the damage/problems were with our shingles and chimneys. So, prior to starting the job, we had a clear explanation and visualization of what work needed to be done. After the project was complete, he again flew the camera over the entire roof to show us the finished product. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend this company for any roofing project."

"I submitted a request to Home Advisor late night for a pro to clean my dryer vent. I was contacted by them the next morning, discussed the project and was quoted a reasonable price and contracted with them. The technician arrived a half hour earlier than expected, looked at the job, discussed it and proceeded to clean the dryer vent. My dryer venting, since the laundry room is in the front corner of my house, is down to the basement and runs back to the back wall of the house for 28 feet and vents outside. He did the job in a most professional manner, cleaning up after the job was over and even cleaned the inside area of the dryer where the filter screen is housed. We are totally satisfied with the professionalism and manner in which the tech worked and with the completed job. We would recommend them to anyone who needs their dryer vent cleaned."

"Ideal Roofing company was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. The company replied the next day after my initial online request to schedule for an estimator to come by. The estimator showed up ahead of schedule and was able to explain different qualities of roofing and shingles options available to me, which is great. One great thing about the company was they can get multiple jobs done at once including attic insulation and replacement of kitchen/bathroom exhausted ducts. As with any other home renovation projects, the work always came with surprises such as the discontinued chosen colour shingle , additional of steel plate around the roof edge to cover the gap, lack of ventilation intakes, and number of plywoods that needed to be replaced. Each time Mike from Ideal Roofing was able to clearly explained the situation to me and let me know the pro and con of each options for me to make the decision to proceed or not. The crew working on site showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and treated customers with respect, and clean up at end of each day. Although the job took 3 days to complete, the crew came back as promised a couple days later as promised to finish last minor remaining work. It is definitely a pleasure to work with a company that is transparent, keep communications open with customer, and deliver what is agreed or promised."
