He worked quickly and efficiently to replace a hose bib on this 130 year old house despite the decrepit basement. He then repaired the guts of a toilet. All finished with two major headaches within two hours. He was both pleasant and professional. I will hire him again whenever this old house tries to get the better of me."

We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. Heâ s run trim in our Basement and did some custom cabinetry work In our basement and it was so outstanding that we moved upstairs and had him paint our kitchen cabinets, and now we are doing a full kitchen remodel because of how excellent the work is. Ken does what he says heâ s going to do, his pricing is outstanding given the value and and he wonâ t cut corners even if I suggested it to make his job easier (and because I didnâ t mind).. His attention to detail, attention to deadlines, and planning and execution are far superior to the other contractors Iâ ve worked with over the years."

All deadlines were met or exceeded, which is a very rare thing to happen in todayâ  s world with a shortage of labor. Chad laid out a plan, communicated the plan and delivered. I would highly recommend Zaber construction for any inground pool or any other construction projects that he does. Chad is a rarity in todayâ  s unstable contractor world. Also the follow up throughout the summer and through the closing on the pool was outstanding. Chad had great follow up and answers any questions that we needed throughout the season. "There was not much to like about my tiny bathroom, from the stinky lowered ceiling to the stained linoleum flooring. The guys gutted the bathroom – took out the nasty ceiling, tile walls, tub, cheap plastic tub surround that leaked into the basement, MDF vanity, old toilet and built-in cabinet. They fixed the holes in the floor, reclaimed the window space that the previous owner had covered over, installed a skylight, and replaced some of the old plumbing in the basement. Then they put in a properly-sloped floor with lovely basketweave green marble and an infinity drain, tiled the walls with a similar green marble subway tile, refinished the top of the wall and the ceiling, installed a quiet fan, vanity and overhead lighting. They put in a dainty pedestal sink, low-flow toilet, shower and curtain rod, and rescued an original door found in the attic and installed it in place of the cheap hollow-core door."

They were knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthly, and VERY resonable compared to other companies we had out to quote. "I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company!
