All deadlines were met or exceeded, which is a very rare thing to happen in todayâ  s world with a shortage of labor. Chad laid out a plan, communicated the plan and delivered. I would highly recommend Zaber construction for any inground pool or any other construction projects that he does. Chad is a rarity in todayâ  s unstable contractor world. Also the follow up throughout the summer and through the closing on the pool was outstanding. Chad had great follow up and answers any questions that we needed throughout the season. "Great Lakes Painting and Construction did an amazing job remodeling my entire living space, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as closets. They repaired drywall damage that was a result of water damage and restoration, painted, and replaced the entire floor. They work carefully and thoroughly, and clean up so well after themselves each day that I could continue living in my space in the evening at the end of each of their workdays. "So pleased with the Floor Essence team. Very knowledgeable and talented. They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! There is more that will come because Floor Essence will be replacing my existing master bathroom shower with a tiled, walk in shower. Can't wait to see its transformation!
