I had a garden tub removed and a regular tub with shower replace it. The workers kept the area clean while tearing the area down to the studs. They totally cleaned up before they left. They did an awesome job and I'm enjoying this area so much.

My bathtub area looks great. The work was done in less time than I expected. The only problem - they showed up earlier than I was told they would and I was still in my jammies!

Superior workmanship. Easy to coordinate time. I have already hired him to do another job which he has accomplished in record time with excellent results and the tub had a hole in it which came out perfect!!!

They replaced a tub with a shower enclosure. Looked great. Within a week the curtain bar started sagging. Screws were coming out of wall both sides. Took 4 calls and 5-6 weeks for service man to come take it down. Hired Sunshine Innovative Solutions to put up shower doors. They did an excellent job at a good price.

Actually Fairbanks removed my garden tub and installed a walk-in tub with hydrotherapy. The project included an electrian & 2 plumbers....they were profession, efficient, and very approachable. The Project Team did a good job scheduling & handling any other issues or questions I had. The salesman for Koehler was excellent,also.

Following the completion of our bathroom remodel, we found a conspicuous flaw in workmanship. Fairbanks Construction was considerate and understanding regarding our concern. They sent Robert and Patrick to our home to assess and remedy the situation. They were very professional and courteous as they suggested a way to make it "pretty". The final step, installing a glass shower door and surrounding glass partitions, is scheduled to be completed soon. Thanks, Robert and Patrick, for a professional job! We are happy customers who highly recommend this company...and especially these two employees!
