They installed windows on the back side of our house a couple of years ago. One window started leaking during heavy rains on two separate occasions. We notified West Shore and they had someone come out within 24 hours on both occasions. The first time the technician thoroughly caulked around and that seemed to have solved the problem until recently. The leak came back this week. The second technician investigated a little deeper and discovered the root of the problem was derived from how the window was initially installed. He replaced/replaced the bad piece and stated that this should resolve the issue. Time will tell. They customer service and timely responses have been great. I gave them a 4 rating on the quality because 1) it should have been installed correctly the first tie and 2) the first technician should have repaired it correctly the first time.
