Naturally, I was frustrated at times, but Nick handled these issues professionally. He fixed the problems and worked with me to ensure my satisfaction, which earned my great respect. A year after the project, I had an issue with termite inspections in the crawl space. Despite the time that had passed, Nick addressed and fixed the problem at no charge because he had done the original work. This demonstrated his commitment to his clients and his integrity. If you're considering working with Nick, I highly recommend him. He is fair, honest, and dedicated to making things right, even if mistakes occur. Many contractors promise they'll get it right the first time, but when things don't go according to plan, they struggle to handle it. Nick is different; he grows, learns, and listens.
