Informative and no BS salesman. Professional and experienced installer. Installer showed up on time and completed the job with no issues; he was obviously very experienced. Work was done last week, and we've seen no issues with either of the tubs/showers that were replaced. I would recommend them for tub, tub/shower combo, or shower replacement.

Kris and Mason did a great job. They were professional, efficient and finished on time. We love our new bath / shower!!

This project was perfect. The sales person, Jake, was wonderful to work with and when we had follow up questions he waisted no time getting back to us. The Installers, Roger B and Martin M, were awesome. They arrived on time, got straight to work and had the original tub and surround out in short time. By evening we had a brand new walk in shower that is beautiful. Their work was perfect. When they left all that was left behind was this fabulous walk in shower, no mess at all. They cleaned up everything. We are very happy.

I have been pleased from the beginning of this project. Everyone was on time and knowledgeable from the consultation (Dan), to the man taking the measurements, to the install. The explanation about the window was well presented and accurate. I was super grateful that there was no "hard sell" and no one pushed me to buy more than I wanted. I was the most impressed with the quality of workmanship by the installers (Josh R.; Jared R.; and Alex U.). The Bay window installed to replace a double hung window was done beautifully. They came prepared and clearly knew what they were doing. The project did take all day, but I was told it would be a large project so that was as expected. The finished look is even better than I had imagined. But my real compliments go to Josh and Jared and Alex for the way they interacted with each other. I am in management and it is rare to see a crew treat each other with such respect and kindness. Every time I overheard an exchange between them, I was impressed. They were respectful with me as well and cleaned up as they went and before they left they made sure everything was removed from my yard. I will be sure to recommend West Shore and hire them again when needed.

I wanted to wait and live with our windows for a while before reviewing our overall experience. Well, the verdict is in, and we love our new windows!! They look beautiful and have given our home a much needed fresh update. I am so happy that our years of window inefficiency that included draft and moisture are a thing of the past! The process of installation was absolutely seamless and the crew worked together so well. We had twenty windows installed in just about six hours! I want to give a shoutout to each crew member and say thanks for making this huge endeavor doable! We appreciate each of youâ ¦.Kemon, Imani, Al, Simon, Tyrone, Luke, Jared, Vince, Remington, Roger, Austin and Alex!
