We are very pleased with the work that Josh R. and his whole team did on our new windows. Each team member was involved with either removing, replacing, and caulking the windows. They did a beautiful job putting on all the finishing touches, including washing the windows and vacuuming up after themselves. They also replaced two new sliding doors and a kitchen door. Everyone worked meticulously together and actually finished the job in one day, which I didn't think was possible. I would highly recommend West Shore Home and their team to anyone.
I am very pleased with the work done by Darius S and Greg P. They kept us posted of their progress as well as what they saw in our bathroom. Very professional. Quality of work is excellent. Money paid is well worth it. I wholeheartedly endorse West Shore and encourage everyone who is thinking of bathroom modelling to give them a try.
Landon snd Martin are so friendly. They asked me what I want to put hang holder I told him. He did a good job I appreciate with them. They are kept cleaning They were explained about cleaning for the shower. They were good communication with me to use text or wrote a nite.

Trevor T and Mason J. arrived. On time and went right to work. They explained things as necessary. They asked if I had any questions as the day progressed. Before they left they went over everything in case I had any concerns. They cleaned up all the areas they were in. They did a great job, and I would hire them again! I already gave my neighbor their number. They came over to see the project.Trevor and Mason know what the are doing and did a great job!!
Update 3/27/2023: I was just asked to give feedback after my most recent service experience and I just wanted to make SURE that my response was received so I am copying it here as well Just because you all send a bubbly Team Member out here to finish a redo, that I had to make the phone call to you all to set up, does not even BEGIN to make up for the inconvenience that West Shore Homes has caused my family and me. With the amount of money we are spending on this project, I expected a lot less of a hassle. In the 2 handfuls of times I have had to call on West Shore Homes regarding issues with my Tub/Shower sure, you send a Team Member(s) out here to do work required under warranty, which was fine the first time or 2 but when it becomes habitual (8 Service Orders in 2 years), it might be time to reevaluate your Customer Care? There has been no above, no beyond, just the bare minimum so why would I stick my neck out for West Shore Homes with a recommendation? Update 1/3/2023: A West Shore Homes Plumber came out to my Home a few days after my initial review, and fixed the hot water issue, at least temporarily, but I NEVER received a follow-up call and NOTHING has been done about the discolored, dingy acrylic! STILL disappointed with this extremely expensive purchase, the poor quality, and the lack of Customer Service! We had West Shore Homes remodel our out-of-date tub/shower in our main bathroom almost 2 yrs ago and while it IS better than what we had I am not blown away by it. Within just the first year, I had to get someone out here 4-5 times to address issues we were having is not a good feeling when you are spending $8,000.00+ on a product or service, even if it is under warranty. Here it is, not even 2 years in, this virgin acrylic, which is supposed to be SO easy to keep clean, has stains that I can not remove, and is dingy, gritty, and grimy. And now, AGAIN, I am having issues with my water temperature! I have about 7 minutes, if that, to take a warm-hot shower! I will try to inch the knob up to extend my shower but somehow, the water gets COLDER! And my poor Husband, who is usually kind enough to take a shower after me, has not had a hot shower in MONTHS! We replaced a heating element in our water heater and paid someone over $100 to come out and check it, just to make sure there were no other issues, there were none. Everywhere else in my house puts out scalding hot water except the wet area that we pay so much money for, for me and my family and to have at least one, fully functioning bathroom for the four of us to use. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
