From the time I had the free estimate I was met with kindness and professionalism. The pricing for West Shore was much better than the other estimate that I had. Which was great since I had already signed as soon as they finished their estimate. For the installation Imani L and Britt T were on time. They were very professional and explained everything. They listened to my questions and answered everything. They took excellent care and time to install my windows and did an absolutely amazing job!

My wife was dreading the installation of our new windows because she figured everything would be total chaos, and a mess would be left. However, we are well pleased with the job the installation team did because they were very professional, efficient, and tidy. They worked steadily throughout the two days it took on this project and were very respectful of our home and furnishings. They left our home with everything cleaned up and back in place. I would like to commend Josh R., Luke C., Gabi K., Randy B., Austin W., and Tyrone B. for a great job on the installation of our new windows. The finished project looks great!

I was referred by a family member, after seeing the transformation West Shore Home did on her bathroom project I decided to give them a call. I only wanted to do a consultation but I was skeptical about getting a pushy sales personnel. My skepticism was so wrong because Daniel came out with all his ducks in a row and before I could blink I was signing up to remodel all 3 of my bathrooms. Leanne in the service department who I so fell in love with was awesome I always looked forward to her calls on either scheduling, reminder calls and even the follow up visits. She is so personable but yet professional all wrapped up into one. What I admire about West Shore is their reputation and integrity means a lot to them and that speaks volume. They stand behind their work 100% because when my project was finished they learned of some concerns I had, and immediately took action to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I almost forgot they even wrapped my garden tub in the master bathroom so it matches with the shower. I hate that I canâ t remember the name of the 1st technician who came out and initiated the project in the master bathroom because you did an exemplary job. Joey was the last tech to come out ,he is of small stature but have the biggest personality. I have neighbors asking about West Shore and wanting to come into my home to see about â the people on tv who advertise they can complete your bathroom in one dayâ YES they did complete my bathrooms in ONE DAY! The thing I also admire was the concern taken with the scheduling to make sure our hygiene was not compromised because of drying down time. Thank you West Shore Home for a job well done. I love ALL 3 of my new bathrooms and I recommend YOU 100 times over.
