Joe & Rob, the installers, were punctual, polite, informative, and efficient, finishing up removal of large tub enclosure and replacement with walk in shower earlier than expected. They took care to cover flooring for excavation and removal of old fixtures and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was finished.

Jake Dorman was our design consultant. Kyle and Alex were our installers. The whole team made it a stress free and overall a great experience.. I highly recommend west shore homes.I am very satisfied with their work.

We met with Chip to talk about our needs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Daniel & Vorn were the installers. They arrived on time and did excellent work. The finished product was amazing. Great job all around.

From the very knowledgeable and thorough salesman who came to the house to the installer, the experience was excellent. I especially liked that West Shore does NOT use sub-contractors so we told told right up front what our installer would do. He showed on time, put down drop cloths wherever he was walking through our house, wore a mask, and continually cleaned up after any mess, even outside. He consistently explained what he was doing as he went along and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.

They did a really good job and they came about 8:00am and was done about 6:00pm. Yes the job was done in one day and they changed all the old parts with new part.

Dan met with us to talk about what we wanted done and what our expectations were. We wanted a new shower that needed very little taking care of. He gave us a presentation, showed us our options and explained the value of using West Shore Home. We purchased that day. Within 10 days our shower was installed by Garrett and Sam. They were professional, clean, nice and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with our decision and within 8 hrs we had a new shower that we love!!!!! Highly recommend them!!
