Spencer S. and Ayden made sure walkways and other areas were protected by cloth runners. They ran into a problem with the shower drain, which was almost entirely encased in concrete from the home's foundation. They spent quite some time with a portable jackhammer chiseling out enough pipe to attach to. No extra charge! Everything was cleaned up when they left and the beautiful new shower works perfectly.

The team was AWESOME!!Kemon, Jeff, Mark, Calvin and Dustin were really nice. They got to my house when they said and finished in just a few hours even with clean up!! They even let my dog help a little lol.

Roger, Josh, and Tra did a beautiful job replacing my mud tiled shower. Because of the difficulty removing the mud tile, my job took 2 days as was quoted by Brian when I signed the contract on Tuesday. A scheduler contacted me Wednesday to schedule the job for Thursday and Friday of the very same week! I wanted a quick, stress free, beautiful job and thatâ s exactly what I received. The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. AND to go out of their way, a couple months back we also used West Shore Home for a full bath replacement and one of the young men acutally put quarter round down at the base of the new bath install and POP, made it look 100% better. Just an awesome crew. They did not have to do anything to our new bath but did. THAT is servie above and beyond!
