Painter Bros of Scottsdale

We hired Painter Bros because we liked what we heard from Zach and it was the lowest of 5 different quotes that I got. Unfortunately when the work started his painters were complaining that they were getting paid too little and that they were just trying to finish the job as fast as possible. They even said that they would take more time if they were being paid more. Things that we made clear we wanted done in the beginning had to be followed up on by us several times. The final product ended up looking great but getting there was far from a good experience.

Did an excellent job

We met & worked with Zach and Carlos, and were super happy with both of them! Carlos did an amazing job on the exterior paint on our home, no touch ups were needed! We also thought the pricing was fair for everything!

Super nice guys. Willing to help with anything we needed. Went beyond what was required and made everything nice.

We really liked their professionalism. They provided licensing, insurance and company information when they gave us the quote. Excellent customer service. They paint job looks great ( bedrooms) and completed ahead of schedule. We will use them for future projects.

The quality of the work was sub-standard at first but they made it right in the end. They have a clear focus on customer satisfaction. It is weird that in this day and age that they charge a significant fee for using a credit card. I think they should reconsider this.

Not worth the cost.

At first, Matt the project manager, assured me the work would be done to my satisfaction. The work was a 2 day job "max". 2 weeks later, with multiple excuses, uninformed workers (different every time) the work still was not done well or done at all. There was plentiful overspray, unwiped spills on my newly refinished wood floors, one coat coverage (when 2 coats were quoted) and a general mismanaged project. I am thoroughly disappointed and needed up hiring another company to finish and fix painting Bros errors.
