He painted my house and my deck, appeared that they prepared the work correctly. In the couple of month started that paint started pealing on the deck, no resolution. About a year out he stated that is not his responsibility but the paint company.

They came in, went right to work and did not take a break until the work was finished, cleaned up everything, very friendly and professional.

The first guy, Josh was nice and working with the office was fine, but after that communication didn't happen. I was told by the office they would be here between 8-10 am on Monday. No one called me so I had to call when no one showed up. Zach wasn't helpful and at first he said they would be there at 2- they still never showed up and I had to call again, he then said they would be there at 4 and again they never showed. I texted how frustrating this was and Zach said he wasn't in charge of their time frames and didn't know what to do for us. :/ The crew is working super hard but they didn't show up until 6:30 pm and they are still working in our home and it is 11:30 pm. I am very sorry I used this company and won't use them again. I understand that there are delays, but Zach doesn't communicate anything and I was left wasting my entire day waiting and now I have to use up my day tomorrow as they finish the job. Very disappointed in the management and communication. I also have seen a lot of paint on my floors, but I will let them know before they leave to clean it up.
