Painter Bros of Scottsdale

They ran late on schedule which caused me to have to reschedule other contractors. I also ended up having to call the project manager when a pile of garbage was left in my house with work I was told could be done unfinished. They did a poor job cleaning up paint from several of the light switches and outlets. There are also a few places where paint bled through the tape onto my tile in the bathroom and kitchen that wasn't cleaned either. If I weren't pregnant I could have done the same quality of work they did for me.

Painter Bros did a great job! They went to the house quickly to provide an estimate, which was a great price for the work. Once I approved the project, they returned quickly to do the job. I had regular and helpful communication with the company and the painter assigned to the project. All were phenomenal.

Quality work, fair price.

The owner was hard to get in touch with, it took days to get a return call. The work that his people done was good, but his management style leaves a bit to be desired. Today I received a bill that included the interior of the house, but they didn't paint the interior of the house just the exterior. During the process the painter that was doing the work on our house quit, and the company was supposed to send another painter to do the interior work and that never happened.

My experience was good and bad. Unfortunately one of the employees who was managing the painting crew was incredibly unprofessional and just didn't show up two days in a row which delayed my remodel schedule and threw everything off. The actual painters were great and very nice. The owner was also professional and worked with me on the issue. But the one employee ruined it. I'd still recommend this company but make sure you hold them accountable for the date painting should start and the date it should be finished (if you are on a deadline).
